Community Service

The SOKAAT Team is dedicated to making positive strides within the community.  SOKAAT is currently organizing community service projects for 2010.  At SOKAAT we believe it is imperative that we invest ourselves and time into rebuilding our community.  We thank you in advance for your continued support in our efforts.

Listed below are two successful events orchestrated by SOKAAT.  As this was the first year for these annual events, in the future they will expand and reach more people.  Below are two annual events that SOKAAT has sponsored thus far.  The footage for these two events will come in the near future.

SOKAAT Annual Thanksgiving Drive

This was the first successful community service project for SOKAAT.  For our annual Thanksgiving drive, SOKAAT sponsored two less fortunate families with a complete Thanksgiving dinner.  We provided two families in Westmoreland County, VA with an entire Thanksgiving dinner.

SOKAAT Annual Winter Wonder Land

For our annual Winter Wonder Land, SOKAAT provided two families with Christmas gifts for their children.  Two families had their children submit Christmas lists to SOKAAT, and we were able to deliver.  2009 showcased this as the first successful Winter Wonder Land.
